Dear Sir.
I am a dentist and I am going to be master of public health at your University. Studying this master
degree I would help my country by providing many regulation with should improve the health care
service for people. I will do it by putting all of my background experieces, my self and the way who
I am in the master.

Motivation, interest and identification were for me a common values and aims which help me in
differents institutions that I worked. I have been helping in a chuch since 2010 and we have a
Project to work every year in order to provide people clothes, food and gifs on christmas day. So,
We have to send many papers to obtain the quantity we need. Voluntaring in diferent campains for
one or two days. That is one of the reasons why I am interested to study a master degree which
can give me opportunity to work in public administration for the goverment; moreover, in the field
of health. My second reason is to foundate a non gubernamental organization for people who need
a maxilofacial surgery procedure which I will study when I come back to my country because I do
not have enought money to pay for it. All places that I went I try to give then a Little bit about me
which may help then to feel better.

Being involve in the field of managing people and solving their problems by being an asssistand of
a management I learned that people is not flexible. My boss who implemented new policies and
directives; I faced how difficult is for people to accept a new change which affect their confort. For
example, departament of nursing has to work more Hours. They create more difficult between then
which made a difficult atmosfere. So, there are many cases that short changes got a lot of problems
because there is not the right ability to handle it.

I always dream to be the head of something. Thought my life I discovered that the health is most
weakest field in my country. For example in the place that I born where not hospitals be near there.
However, A woman helped to born babies. Also lots of then died. Furthermore, when I was 2 years
old I burn all my left hand and the most near health station to help me where 5 hours away by
dunkey. However, two years ago, I went a voluntiering in hightland they have a nice health station
whith equipement, sources but I only found one doctor who said that the rest of people just work
once a week but they received a full payment. Many people take advantage of many things. That
is why I consider that I have deeepest knowledge and I will work in the right path to my country.
