Dear Maam,
We have received your letter of complaint dated September 6, 2017 regarding you not receiving the items
that you ordered on August 28, 2017. It isnt often that we get a complaint of this matter because we hold
ourselves to a high standard of serving our customers.
Whereas you are a valued customer and we want to ensure you continue to shop with Forever 21 we will
fully refund you for the items that you ordered. Along with refunding your money we will also send you
some coupons that will hopefully be to your liking in your future purchases. Apparently there were some
mishaps in the factory and our servers were up and down around the time that you ordered and some of
your information processed but not all of it.

We are very sorry for your inconvenience and we hope that you will continue to shop at Forever 21.
