Dear Do Won Change:

On August 28, 2017 I purchased some clothes via Forever 21s website. I purchased an Olive Oversized
Single-Breasted Trench Coat, product code: 2000247994, for $68 and a Gold Metallic Sequin Bodycon
Dress, product code: 2000210680, for $98.
Unfortunately, I am not happy with Forever 21s service. I am disappointed because I ordered both the
dress and the trench coat for an important event that has now passed. The dress was supposed to be my
attire to the party and the trench coat was my gift to the host of the party. The problem is that when I
ordered both items I clicked on the Express option and paid an additional $20.95 to get both items
shipped to my address in the next 2-3 business days from the order date.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if I could get a refund on both items including the extra I paid
for shipping and handling and to just cancel the order all together. Enclosed are copies of my
confirmation email from Forever 21, my receipt from the purchase and proof of where the money has
already been extracted from my bank account.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until September 13, 2017
before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at
