Dear WebHost:

On July 12, 2017, I purchased your premium web host package for one website. My account number is
93938488. In my purchase, I also used a code for a free first month of your web service.

I have been using your service for two months now and unfortunately it has not been performing as
advertised. I chose your web hosting service because it was advertised to have at least 99% uptime and
because of the affordable price. However, after monitoring my website over the past two months, there
have been many outages and connection issues. Furthermore, when the site is up, the connection
requests on your end are unacceptably slow.

I purchased this webserver with this expectation that the site would be reliable and responsive, but it
has been neither. To resolve this problem, I want my webserver to have the uptime reliability that was
originally advertised to me. I would also like more bandwidth to be allocated to improve the response
time of the site.

I have included original documents showing the purchase of the site, with the free month code.

I look forward to your reply and help with my problem. I can wait until Sep. 22 for this to be resolved, or
at least the uptime issue. After that date, I am afraid I will have to find a new host because this website
is vital for my business.
