At the lobby level there are two lounges, one used as a waiting lobby adjacent to the entrance and

the other one with a resto-bar for the guests which covers 22 people.

There is a live counter at the restaurant which covers 54 people.

There is no basement parking, only at the front of the hotel and at sides and the basement is used
for housekeeping and laundry services.

At this level all the banquet halls are located, but there is only one common dining space for all three
halls.

One hall covers 60 people approximately and the other two around 160.

The main admin rooms are located at this level.

There are two conference rooms with a common lobby and a reception.

From second to seventh floor the floor layout is typical except first floor where there is an additional
smoking room provided for the guests.

Overall there is one disability room.

At the roof top level there is a restaurant with other facilities like fitness centre and a swimming
pool.

At the ground floor level all the technical rooms are located along with staffs locker rooms and a
canteen.
