Creating company code:

A company code is defined as smallest organizational unit after company, for which the standalone
financial accountings profit and loss statements can be withdrawn.

Many company codes can be assign to one company code.

The company code can be created using T-code OX02.

Creating company code:

Login to respective server, where the need of creating new company code.
 T-code SPRO .

The resultant screen will appears as follows.

Click in SAP Reference IMG.

Click on the below company code path.

Click on Edit company code Data.
Click on New entries.

Enter the details and press save.

The the below resultant screen will appears as follows
Enter all the details in the above screen and press continue.
Then the system prompts for Transport request screen.

Click on new request button.

Enter the description of TR in the below screen. And click on SAVE.
Then the new TR screen will appears as below

At the right side end of the screen, the system shows its conformation message.

New company code is created.
