POLICY ON PROHIBITION OF FORCED LABOR

We (Company Name) shall not use any indentured or forced labor in the facility in any process.
All applicants for employment in the company voluntarily seek employment not under any
forced condition.

Procedure

Our employees are employed on a contract of employment, which is open ended, and the terms and
conditions of employment are mutually agreed.
Every employee should submit an application for the post he / she applied for.
The recruitment of labor is done on advertisement and walk- in interviews. On selection, a letter of
appointment (Employment contract) is issued to the employees according to their designation.
Awareness of policies will be given to all existing employees and new employees. All the employees
shall be issued with a clear terms & conditions of the employments. Their individual
acknowledgement shall be filed in their personnel files.
All the employees in the facility are free to leave the work place after working hours and with proper
permission from concern in charge/supervisor for any emergency during working hours.
All the employees free movement for any basic needs are not restricted.
All our employees overtime work is voluntary and they have their right to decide to work overtime
hours.
We shall not collect & keep any original Documents of any of the employees.
All the employees wages shall be directly paid to the employees.
We shall not withhold any part of the employees earnings in an effort to prevent employees from
resignation.
