BE IT ENACTED BY THE MORRISON CONGRESS

1 SECTION 1: Findings
2 Congress makes the following findings:
3 1)Analytics firm Corelogic on Tuesday estimated total insured and uninsured losses
4 from damage to properties from Hurricane Irma at $42.5-$65 billion. (ii)
5 2)displaced more than 1 million (iii)
6 3)Unemployment in each State of Texas and Florida are near to the national
7 average (i)

9SECTION 2: Purpose

To provide aid to the citizens that were devastated by the hurricanes.

SECTION 3: General Provisions

Appropriations are to be diverted to the respective aid companies to rebuild the damages
14 caused by hurricanes

Raise revenue to add to the effort

Regulate the process of getting refugees from this incident back into working society
