Scope and Delimitation

This study will focus mainly on the factors that influence the students motivation.

The participants of the study would be the Grade 12 Senior High School teachers of Baliuag
University, school year 2017-2018. Its main purpose is to better know how the teachers
motivates their students inside and out of the campus.

This study considers every aspects of the teachers perspective, any personal information that has
an impact or influence on their students motivation such as in parental educational background.
