Dear Mr. Wells:

On September 4th, 2017, our company purchased your Meta Human Neutralizer technology
and tested it at Blackgate Penitentiary on September 5, 2017. We tested your product on five of
our Meta Human inmates with several hundred officers on guard.

Unfortunately, your product was not up to the standards that was set for it during our initial test
run. Because of this, over a dozen of or officers were killed and many more were injured. We at
Wayne Industries are very disappointed in the product youve provided for us. The effectiveness
of your product seems to have been exaggerated according to your descriptions.

To resolve this matter, we at Wayne Industries would like you to refund our money for the
amount used to purchase the product and would like you to cover the cost of the medical and
funeral bills for our officers family.
