At 9:23PM today,suddently one young boy appears at


GRO desk. He speak alow and so serious, he scold staff
and complain the room 923 can not watch Televions .
Channel VTV6 not available and can not wacth football.
Tn GRO
He so angry and speak so fast. GRO apologize and call
engineer go to the guest room quickly and check it. And
GRO inform infomation to service center follow for
Guest room until they feel better.

They stayed here for 2 nights, they were satisfied with


our services. Thanks for helping them to find their Tn GRO
children's jackets. They will come back next time.

Guests said they had stayed in Vinpearl Da Nang before,


they felt that Vinpearl Da Nang was better than here for Tn GRO
adults, but for their children here was better.

Her family stay at our hotel the second time. The first
time when our hotel openning, she felt happy and
satisfied. However, this time when they return she is not
happy. She has some comments for our hotel are the smell
in the room is not good as well as the corridor. She
compared with the Intercontinental where she stayed
three days ago. Room of that hotel has a good smell. In
addition, in the first time every night she received Tn GRO
chocolate so she feel happy. But now, we do not have the
turn down services. However, she is satisfied with the
friendly staffs. When receiving those comments i said
sorry for her inconvenience and thank her for comments
to help improve our services. In addition, i recomment for
her to write all her comments in Guest Commend in her
room. After that she felt better and thanks me.
