Reflection (Individual Work)

I liked working on the individual assignments a lot more than the exercises. My favorite
would be the infographic. I got to create it on a topic that I really enjoyed, and it was just a lot of
fun to do. The assignment I thought I did the best and looked the best would be the complaint
letter. I glanced over it and I thought it looked like a real professional complaint letter sent from
a big company. I enjoyed working on the complaint letter because I got to be creative and make
up problems about an imaginary product. I also learned a lot from these assignments such as
creating a infographic and writing correctly formatted complaint letters and other business letter.
