Dear Professor Intawiwat,

I enjoyed this class a lot more than my other classes this semester. Im glad I got group members
that were chill and did the work they needed to. I think the most important assignment for me was our
first assignment because it made me work together with my group members for the first time, so we got
to introduce ourselves and things like that. It also helped me with communicating with people I dont
really know. Also, it allowed me to learn how to write an inquiry because I had never done so before. I
think the incident report was the most difficult for me because I had not written one before and didnt
quite know how to format it. Overall, I think I did a good job on it. The critical thinking exercises were
helpful in developing better writing skills. It made me think of how to improve papers such as resumes
or how to make a brochure pop out and be more attractive and how I should do it a certain way if that
way is better. For my participation I did the work that was assigned, and I helped my group members
even though I couldnt make it to class. I did not do all I could to succeed however. I wasted my free
absences unintentionally at the beginning of the semester just because I thought I could. But then later
when I had some family emergencies I missed more days than I had to spare, and I didnt get doctors
notes to bring to class when I shouldve because I am a very private person. So, I think whatever grade I
get is the result of my efforts. Thanks for this semester I had a pretty great time!

Sincerely,

Jeffrey Xiong
