20 10 Kneeling leg lifts (right leg: kneeling and lifting right leg up)

20 10 Kneeling leg lifts (left leg: kneeling and lifting left leg up)

20 10 Mountain climber (a plank but moving your legs like running)

20 10 Sideways scissors (putting up your legs while on your side)

20 10 Froggers (jumping up your legs and your hands on the floor)
