Kesimpulan :
Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan SPSS dengan One Way ANOVA pada biokimia
darah serum kreatinin bahwa data homogen dengan nilai lebih dari 0,05 yaitu 0,147.
Berdasarkan analisis dengan Pos Hoc menggunakan LSD bahwa pada kelompok dosis
awal/atas memiliki perbedaan signifikan terhadap satelit dosis bawah; dosis tengah memiliki
perbedaan signifikan terhadap dosis akhir, satelit kontrol dan satelit dosis atas; dosis akhir
memiliki perbedaan signifikan dengan dosis tengah, dosis satelit kontrol memiliki perbedaan
signifikan terhadap dosis tengah; satelit dosis atas memiliki perbedaan signifikan terhadap
dosis awal dan dosis tengah. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut bahwa senyawa X memiliki
pengaruh terhadap kreatinin.
