airfoils with positive camber will have negative Cm,c/4(ccw moment) which is

required
swept back wings increase the critical mach number but reduce the L/D ratio
flaps increase the angle of attack hence increase Cl at low angle of
attack(increase camber and therefore increase lift)
flaps shift the Cl left and reduce the stall angle of attack and shifts the zero
lift angle of attack to left.
advantage of flaps is we get more Cl at low angle of attack and since we will be
flying at low angle of attack flow separation will be less and drag due to pressure
diff will be less
