RE: Borrowing of Sports Facilities for CEAT Department Week Sports Activities

Sir:

Good day! The Association of Civil Engineering Students (ACES) along with the Civil
Engineering Technology Student Organization (CETSO) will be having their Civil
Engineering and Technology Week 2017 Opening Ceremony for the CE and CET students
of this 1st semester of AY 2017-2018. This will be held on November 13, 2017 at the COE
Amphitheatre.

We need to have a sound system for our Department Week Opening Ceremony which would be
from 8:00am 8:00pm. In connection with this, I would like to ask permission to use the
colleges sound system to aide us with our event.
