December 5, 2017 To Whom It May Concern: Michaela Tegeler has participated in my Art Classes for the past three years. She is friendly and straightforward putting anyone she engages at ease. She is creative; building on original ideas for her work giving anything she does unique expression. Michaela is also a drummer in the jazz ensemble for the past three years, demonstrating discipline in acquiring skill sets, and is president of “The Club,” at school showing her ability to lead. She works well with children and is currently employed at Health Springs Fitness, with their daycare program, after working at G H Bass and Co the previous year in sales. Michaela is dependable, constantly encourages, and always brightens the environments she is in. My observation is also that she is extremely practical in her problem solving and is able to provide something that tends to be lacking in our current youth and would therefore prove to be a valuable asset in any work environment.
