Dear Ms. Serrano:

Good day!
The Bicol university karate-do team would like to request your good office to
allow us to use the college of science building 1, function hall as our training
venue starting October 25, 2017 until the regional SCUAA meet 2017 every
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
Our sport is karate-do, a self-defense that uses hand and foot as weapon. Our
sport needs extensive preparation in order to win. The function hall is a much
appropriate place for us to do our training. We promise that we will take good
care of all the premises and the place itself. We will make sure not to make
unnecessary actions that will affect the venue.
