Contingency Plan
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back up actors,
locations and equipment do you have?

Actors

For the production, we require the use of actors. There may be certain reasons why the
actors cannot make the filming shoot. This may be due to transport, illness or personal
reasons. If the actors cannot make the filming shoot, then we need to have a backup. The
backup actors will need to be able to make the day and be ready in case they get a call. The
backup actors will only be called up if the original actors cannot make the filming shoot.
Locations
We have chosen specific locations for the production. For example, for the Cardiac Arrest
song we have chosen to film part of the song at a bandstand in the park. If this location is
unavailable on the day, then we would have to reschedule our filming to another day.
Depending on the location, we might have to change the location if the location we have
chosen has become unavailable. We would need to have a backup of each location if they
do become unavailable.
Equipment
Before we are going to film, we need to figure out which equipment we need for the
production. We will need to hire any equipment out if we need any equipment that we do
not have. If there is none of that equipment available, then we may need to try doing it
without the equipment or rescheduling to another day.
Weather
When we complete the production schedule, we do not have any clue about what the
weather is going to be like. The weather could be rainy, sunny, cloudy or snowy. If the
weather is not what we wanted it to be then we might have to reschedule to another day.
