Service Learning Reflection

This project gave me an opportunity to apply Face Negotiation Theory in a real-life scenario. It
also allowed me to apply the theory to different cultures, with a decent sample size. This ties in
with a conflict-resolution class I took, by showing me some examples of how to negotiate
prestige in other cultures.
This should prove helpful in my career going forward, as I will probably have to work with
people from different cultures. Knowing how to avoid or manage conflict will be crucial to
having a good working relationship with my co-workers.
