Weeks C Essay

-- My Christmas Routine --

During Christmas, my family and I stay home and talk. My brother wakes up early in the
morning before everyone wakes up. He looks at the presents, then runs to our room to wake me
up. We wait until we see the sunlight breaks out, then we wake everyone up so we can open all
our presents. My mom records us while we open the presents and look in our stockings. After
20 minutes, we eat breakfast.
We all talk after breakfast, but I go to my friends house to see what he got for
Christmas. His parents buy his expensive stuff like an Xbox one and video games. We play
with his stuff for a little until we get bored. After Im done playing with him, I go back to my
house to play with what I got. My brothers play their traditional game of Call of Duty Modern
Warfare 3. Since they play it on our PS3, I cant play any game I want, so I watch TV in the
living room with my parents. My mom makes a big Christmas dinner and my dad works outside.
Every Christmas dinner my mom makes is really good. My Grandma will usually send us
presents every year.
At the end of the day we all go to bed because we are tired. I am looking forward
for this year because my dad bought me an Advent calendar. Thank you for reading this essay
