That, after expiry of this agreement if both parties want to extend the same they shall enter fresh agreement. 7. That the 2n4 party shall not sublet or utilize other than business purpose in the said premises. 8. That the 2” party shall not run any illegal business or keep explosives in the said premises during this agreement period. 0. That if any of the parties will violate the terms and conditions to this agreement the other party will take shelter in proper court of law.
