The Kohinoor Square located at the Architects, spearheaded by Ar. Sandeep

Shivaji Park area in Dadar in Mumbai,
makes for a distinct architectural
statement establishing a new approach
to high density growth, where an
iconic high rise tower that offers 360
panoramic views and an articulated
aesthetically appealing glass faade
which reflects the different textures of
nature, together communicate with the
surrounding architectural ecosystem.
Sandeep Shikre & Associates (SSA)
Shikre is located in Mumbai and is a
team of 200+ professionals, who have
taken the lead in the development of
the project, Kohinoor Square, since its
inception.
The project being developed by the
Kohinoor Group in cohesion with their
agenda of, re-imagine, constantly
innovate and think out of the box, is
based on Mr. Unmesh Joshi, CMD for
the groups philosophy, Think ahead of
time. The project through its philosophy,
aims to offer an inimitable mlange of
service and value proposition common to
Kohinoor Groups projects.
Kohinoor Square is a mixed use complex
spread across 2.6 million sq.ft. of area,
that includes residential, commercial,
retail and hospitality services. The
journey began with the development of
the master plan for the plot, when it was
decided to maximize the panoramic view
of the city. SSA went about developing
a basic master plan that would best
suit the requirements of the mixed use
complex. The concept was developed
by GKKWORKS USA, in co-ordination
with SSA.
The complex consists of 3 towers
West, Central and East. Inspired by
Kohinoor Diamond, the architectural
translation is manifested in lucid 1. The 204 mtr iconic
