    Sub- Request for extension of Railway accommodation No.116-B, Railway Staff


    Colony at Walton , Lahore

    Respected Sir,
    With due respect, it is submitted that after final retirement from service
    i .e 19-12-2016 I am availing one year retention of above mentioned Railway
    accommodation which will be expired on 18/12/2017 and thereafter I along with my
    family consisting upon ailing parents and school going children will be homeless as I
    have no alternative accommodation. I am trying my best to complete my private house.

    Sir, it is therefore, requested to kindly allow me more two year


    extension of my above mentioned Railway accommodation due to non-completion of
    my own house.
