Open-Ended Electronics Design Lab Project Guideline for Sem 1 2015/16 (30%)

Objective: Design an electronics circuit that includes at least a DIODE and relate to a relevant and useful
application.

Each project should be UNIQUE. BE CREATIVE and RESOURCEFUL! You would be evaluated based on
the novelty, complexity and usefulness of the working circuit.

Please write down your chosen project title and related application by Week 4, failing which the group
would be assigned an EXTREMELY CHALLENGING title by the lab instructor. The chosen title is based on
first come, first served basis.

Deliverables by Week 12/13:

1. A working electronics circuit that involve at least a diode.

2. Demonstration of project (both team members must present).
3. A long report that includes LTSPICE simulations.
