(hereinafter referred to as "CAPE") (hereinafter referred to as "USER")

Covering the following Software package (hereinafter referred to as "Software"):

Terms of provision:

1. The Software is provided solely for the purposes of business evaluation and shall not be used for general
practices other than may be necessary to generate information during the evaluation process.

2. The Software is provided for a period of 5 working days. At the end of that period the Software will shut
down and the USER agrees to return the Software and Manuals to CAPE by registered mail/courier.
Failure to comply with this condition may be taken as intent to purchase, which shall entitle CAPE to
invoice accordingly. USER shall accept this liability and agrees to pay such invoices in respect of non-
returned Software.

3. USER certifies that at the time of returning the Software, any and all copies of the Software, in part or
whole, have permanently been deleted from all computer hard disks (including laptops) and back-up
devices such as tapes, CDs, floppy disks, etc.

4. The Software remains the property of CAPE at all times. During the period of evaluation by USER, all
provisions of the standard CAPE Software License Agreement (provided with the Software) will be in
effect, except where such provisions may be superseded by the above terms.
If the software is not sent back to CAPE, the USER allows Cape Systems or his
agent to invoice it the full price.
