To improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in

policies and procedure


Value addition through participation in peer code reviews and cross testing.

UOL :

To evaluate the feasibility of projects by analyzing problem definition and


proposed
solution.
To assist Managers in developing project plan including budgets and timelines

To develop moderately complex softwares, conferring with business needs.


To study systems flow, investigate problem areas and suggest viable solutions

To update knowledge database by studying state-of-the-art development tools

PULSE is a global implementation allowing users from across the globe to input and
report consumer feedback data. This includes complaints, praises and queries and,
is collected by various Care Lines in different regions with systems ranging from
manually maintained Excel spreadsheets to fully-developed IT systems
