Banana Fruit

Banana is one of the favorite fruit for many people. This fruit is
available in all places and the price relative cheap. Banana skin is smooth and
thick, the flesh is creamy white and soft. Bananas are usually yellow, but there
are also red and brown. Banana fruit is very suitable as a dessert; so many
people always have this fruit in their menu.

We can serve banana fruit with many methods, such as: eat banana as
it without any additions, we also can make a fresh salads or milkshake or can be
served on cake/ ice cream for our dessert.

Banana fruit also have many benefits for our health. Bananas are
known as one of the sources of energy for our bodies. This fruit is an also a
moderate source of vitamin c. Consumption of foods rich in vitamin c helps the
body develop resistance against infectious agents. Bananas make you smarter
and help with learning by making you more alert. Youll never look at a banana
the same way again after discovering the many health benefits and reason to add
them to your diet. If you think bananas are just for monkeys, think again.
