INSTRUCTION FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

1. Oral presentations are 15 minutes each.

2. We will provide a laptop computer and a laser pointer for your presentation. We strongly
discourage using your own laptop computer due to tight presentation schedule.
3. Layout of your presentation is according to your own style, however the presentation
must be in English.
4. Please prepare your presentation file in .pptx format.
5. The name of your presentation file must include your presentation code and last name,
e.g. SL-01-DesianaRadithia.pptx, SL-23-SakaWinias.pptx, etc.
6. Please put your presentation code (e.g. SL-01, SL-23) on the first slide of your Powerpoint
presentation, along with title, presenters name, photo, and institution.
7. Please hand your presentation file over to our Scientific Operator Team on Scientific
Counter. They will check the compatibility of your presentation with our laptop computer
to be used on your presentation session.
