History Reflection

The California framework it states that history should be taught while engaging the

students in the relevant history. The use of literature about the period through poetry, novels,

plays, etc. A teacher must be knowledgeable in the state history and United States. The classes

History 120, LBS 375 Californias history help prepare me for this subject. I feel well prepared in

the California history compared to the world history. World history is a lot to take in all in one

semester. California history is very interesting, since we live here, and there are so many fun

ways to teach it to children. Some artifacts include a paper written about Governor Pat Brown

and a paper about the California aquaducts.
