Title of the Bill: The Wall act

BE IT ENACTED BY THE MORRISON CONGRESS

1 SECTION 1: Findings
2 Congress makes the following findings:
3 1) The U.S. civilian workforce includes 8 million unauthorized immigrants
4 2)There are millions of undocumented people already, and its only growing
5 3)The U.S. Sentencing Commission found that 75 percent of all criminal
6 defendants who were convicted and sentenced for federal drug offenses were
7 illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants were also involved in 17 percent of all drug
8 trafficking sentences and one third of all federal prison sentences.

10 SECTION 2: Purpose
11 This bill proposes the use of more revenue to build a better security system to keep
12 illegal immigrants out.

SECTION 3: General Provisions

To secure a larger portion of Revenue to be put into improving the security along our
15
borders. The use of this money would be decided based on statistics and
16 research into the areas that need more specific development. This may mean
17 building a wall, installing more cameras, hiring more staff, buying more vehicles,
18 or even digging deep ditches.
19 To altogether maintain more jobs for law abiding americans, and to eliminate a bad
20 reputation for the immigrants who came legally.

22 SECTION 4: Definitions
23 Illegal Immigrants: Immigrants who came illegally into the country.
24 Unauthorized immigrants: Illegal Immigrants.
