Abstract: This paper proposes the construction background of bay area of Guangdong Hong Kong and Macao From the bay area economy and
operation characteristics, discusses the strategic position of the axis pivot Guangdong Bay Area in the construction of innovation cooperation between
Shenzhen and Hong Kong and should play, according to the Shenzhen Hong Kong cooperation innovation still face obstacles, puts forward the construction
of Guangdong Hong Kong and Macao in the bay area to enhance the level of innovation cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, through system
innovation, promote some suggestions the strategy of Hong Kong and Macao Bay area to realize the integration of Guangdong Hong Kong and Macao Bay
