Ecological Succession: School Farm Observations

This is the first stage of ecological succession where moss or lichen start
growing on bare rock. This is the primary ecological succession and the
start of everything. With the moss or lichen growing plants can start
growing to start a new habitat for wildlife.

Pioneer succession

This is the second stage of primary succession which is small

animal,lichens,and moss. This is also a pioneer succession because plants,
moss,and lichen are starting to be noticeable. Now that moss and lichen
are starting to grow the sooner more plants will grow.
