WHAT HAVE YOU ENJOYED MOST ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE IN WORK BASED
LEARNING THIS SEMESTER?
The thing that I enjoyed the most about work based learning was an opportunity to gain skills in
groups management and bureaucratic planning through my job, and practice leadership skills in a
semiformal setting.

WHAT ASPECTS OF WORK BASED LEARNING DID YOU FIND CHALLENGING AND
WHY?
The aspects of work based learning that I found challenging is that it is very much an exercise in time
management. I had to plan my hours at work to a manner in which they would apply to the rest of my
schedule, and also find a way to appropriate the extra time I had when not working to prepare for my
classes, and subsequently college.

HOW HAS YOUR TIME IN WORK BASED LEARNING PREPARED YOU FOR COLLEGE
AND FUTURE JOBS?
