1) I would give the job the to Julie because she is more reliable to count on during
everyday work hours. Even though Pam has worked for Randy for more years, she has
to earn the promotion instead of given a promotion.
2) Julie should not feel guilty by any means because Pam has been with Randy for more
years, which means he trusts her more.
3) Pam should feel guilty because she needs to work harder than the person next to her
and she also needs to do something about being on time more often. When she does
