Directions: Write a 50-word (minimum) reflection for each of the questions/statements

posted below. Answers must be typed in complete sentences with correct spelling,
capitalization, punctuation and grammar.

Entries can include activities, training, observations, instructions, personal notes, etc. You can
include things that you saw and did and what equipment and technology was used. Your
responses may be shared with your mentor. Please be complete in your
reflections/thoughts/answers.

WHAT HAVE YOU ENJOYED MOST ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE IN WORK BASED
LEARNING THIS SEMESTER?
I enjoyed being able to leave school early the most, meeting new people, and learning on the
job. The tasks were easy because of a once a month due date.

WHAT ASPECTS OF WORK BASED LEARNING DID YOU FIND CHALLEGING AND WHY?
The only thing that I found challenging was keeping all the tasks organized on the computer
and knowing which one was which.

HOW HAS YOUR TIME IN WORK BASED LEARNING PREPARED YOU FOR COLLEGE
AND FUTURE JOBS?
Work based learning prepared me for college by giving me ideas of time management. Also by
giving a mindset for having a job during school.
