b. Duties and major task (Mai)

The main duty is giving lecture. For every session, the lecturer will spend about 30 minutes

to prepare for it.

For each course, the lecturer will also need to write the exam paper and give marks after the

exam.

In addition, researching is also a part of lecturer job, which have become more important in

Vietnam. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the position will be rated base on those
researches. The research will bring the lecturer more experience, more reputation as well as

more salary.

In some periods, the lecturer need to travel to other provinces or cities and work there for a

while.

There are some work standards that the lecture need to follow. The lecturer need to prepare

the lecture based on unit guide of the course and make sure they deliver information

sufficiently within the time of each session.
