Dear Mr. Zhao Qijun,

According to actual construction of blast furnace project railway, some of railway is build using
wooden sleepers and concrete structure, since wooden sleepers in site will has short life time
because some of them has already cracked, To react this work faster, PTKS suggest CERI to
design railway by using concrete structure including dilatation (see attachment) for all railway
construction which faster to build & has longer life time compare with wooden type then easy
for maintenance in the future.
