1. Asked for forgiveness for all the physical and mental abuse done to them and promised not
to repeat it in future.
2. Asked them to forgive myself for each act of indifference done to them under the influence
of substances.
3. Asked them to excuse me for all the wastage of their money on substances and promised
not to repeat the same in future.
4. Prepare myself strongly to prevent relapse in future.
