Troubleshooting Q4

1. Plug in computer
2. Try resetting router
3. Plug cords into the right place
4. Reset the computer itself
5. Turn off all other electronics in the house
6. See if you have your antivirus software updated
7. See if you have the right tab opened up
8. Try asking for help to see what antivirus software you have if you cant find it.
9. Get a new computer and update the antivirus right away
10. Get help from a parent guardian or teacher
