To Whom It May Concern:

This letter of recommendation is provided at the request of Heather DeLude. It is my

understanding that Heather is being considered by your organization for a position of
teacher/coach.

I have known Heather for four months, as she was doing her teaching practicum. I was her
college supervisor. As her supervisor, I had the opportunity to observe Heathers ability to
participate and interact in a teaching environment and to evaluate her knowledge of subject
matter as well as her teaching ability. I would rate her performance as outstanding at the
Bellamy MS in Chicopee Mass. This is evidenced by her grade of A at this level.

Heather was always fully prepared, lesson plans were detailed and complete, and objectives
were clear and measurable. She was able to develop a great rapport with faculty, staff, and
students at this site. Her professionalism and being a team player enabled her to gain the trust
and respect of everyone she met.

Heather exhibited energy, drive and excellent content knowledge that allowed her to excel
in her practicum teaching experience. She constantly led by example and expected her students
to reach their full potential with that same energy and drive.

Based on Heathers performance at the Bellamy Middle School in her practicum teaching
experience, I would recommend her, without reservation, for the position that she is seeking with
your organization. I believe Heather will be an outstanding addition to any staff. She is truly a
confident, competent, and capable future educator.
