a. The aim of the article is that researchers will be developed SPR biosensor
based on the conventional SPR models with the addition of silver nanoparticles
structure on top of a thin layer. The addition of silver nanoparticles is expected
to increase the sensitivity of SPR biosensor.
b. Wavelength, wave velocity, reduction reaction rate, optics, etc
c. The absorption spectrum in Figure 1 of the pale yellow colloidal silver
nanoparticles prepared by Naci reduction showed a surface plasmon absorption
band with a maximum of 429.43 nm indicating the presence of spherical or
roughly spherical Silver nanoparticles
d. The synthesis of silver nanoparticles has been successfully carried out by
chemical reduction method. The observation of the SPR phenomenon shows
the SPR angle shift of 0.1 when a thin layer of silver as an active ingredient a
biosensor coated with silver nanoparticles and 0.2 when silver nanoparticles
with PVA. SPR angle shifts and increases the reflectance values caused by
changes in surface Plasmon, which can be a reference that the SPR
phenomenon with the sensing surface modification using an additional layer of
silver nanoparticles can increase sensitivity.
e. From the journal, we have some benefit of learning in physics and we can
apply it. One of which is learning applications of modern physics chapter that
discusses the wave . In the chapter will be discussed on a wavelength that has a
very small size that can not be reached by direct eyesight . The size of the
wavelengths that can not be reached by the eye is the wavelength of
nanometer-size . However , from the wavelength of the small size in modern
physics , can be connected with other sciences to create a new technology that
has many benefits for learning in later age
