Aziema Sulaiman will representing our business plan today. Let me start with
addressing our business which will do delivering a gift to people. The vision for this
business is to become a well-known brand and become the focus of the local community
of Kota Samarahan. The mission for this business are divided by fives which one of it
is provide quality, fast and flexible services to achieve customer satisfaction. The target
group of our business is Kota Samarahan residents and student from UNIMAS for
acquire regular customers. In this business, it was be run on five person in different
scope of work which is manager, marketing executive, financial manager, operation
executive and sales executive. With the different of background of work, the salary for
each workers also different for example, the manager will get RM 1700. Also, the
process of production and preparation making the present are located in Unijaya. The
project implementation cost of this business is RM 18,060.00 and for our own
contribution for this business is RM 19,200.00. For cover up the working capital, we
will decide to take a loan which amount RM 17,842 and within the five years of this
business, the loan will be settled which for each month, only RM 336.70 will be pays
continually. In conclusion, the management of financial in business are really important
in order to proceed the business and customer pain will be reduced when the problem
of the pain are meets a solution.
