classroom, Bailey is honest, independent, and confident.

Bailey has the ability to determine whether she is being productive or not. She is willing to admit
when she has not completed her best work, and she is also willing to fix her errors. Her ability to
self-evaluate is a necessity in any employee. It is important that employees understand when they
need to step up their progress in order to make their work more efficient. Bailey has mastered
this skill in the classroom, so I know she will be able to do so at your company. Baileys
independence is another positive attitude she possesses. She does not allow other peoples
opinions and discussions sway her from the main goal of the given work. As a result, she is able
to lead her team to success, because she is able to stand up and take charge. Her independence
has allowed her to become a very confident student, especially when working on a team. When
assembling a team, one would look to Bailey, because she is confident in her abilities to lead and
confident in the work she produces.
