A BILL
To authorize financial resources to improve the conditions within prisons, establish a more effective
penal system, and implement alternatives to incarceration. Provided by the federal government,
federal resources are given to correctional facilities to ameliorate its conditions and expand its
establishment, to the Federal Bureau of Prisons to enhance the federal prison system, and to the
states of the United States to strengthen public safety.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of CVLCCHS in the United States of America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLES

This Act may be cited as the Prison Reform and Redemption Act or the Federal Prison
Bureau Nonviolent Offender Relief Act of 2017.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO


CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES

(a) The financial resources provided by the federal government will improve the overall prison
system in America.
(1) With the enhancement of the prison system in America, restrictions will be put on
how much money can be used to do the following: prison expansion, improvement in
public safety and conditions in prisons.

(2) If a prison is using money for other non-related prison reform, then the prison will
get restrictions and limitations on financial resources they can receive. If a prison
denies financial resources that is being given to them, then the resources would be
equally distributed among other prisons.
