I would like to recommend Julie Cmolesi de Silva as a candidate for your organization. As a
student in my classroom, Julie is optimistic, motivated, and flexible with her time and skills.

Over the past few months, I have had the chance to get to know Julie as a student. I have
witnessed her overcome several obstacles, and through these difficult times, Julie has always
remained positive. Everyday, Julie comes to class with a smile on her face. This optimism has
not only impacted her work ethic, but it has also improved the overall environment of my
classroom. Students enjoy working with Julie, because of her happy-go-lucky mantra. Not only
has Julie remained positive toward her given work, but she has also remained motivated. As a
foreign exchange student, many tasks and skills do not always come easy. This being said, Julie
has never given up. She has persevered, and at the appropriate times, she has asked for help. This
motivation proves she would be an asset to any organization she chose to be a part of, because
she does not back down from a challenge. I enjoy watching how flexible Julie is with her time
and energy. She is able to balance her time accordingly in order to ensure she completes
assignments before the given due date, as well as completing work before the end of the class
period. Julie is so well organized that I know she could manage several tasks at once. If I were
assembling a team, I would want Julie to be a part of it, because she is able to work on multiple
goals at once. Her contributions would make any team more efficient.

I have enjoyed the chance to work with Julie this past year. She is a pleasure to have in class,
