The DP changes for baba from Sunflower

1. Pt Edit facility Location and nature of facility - assisted , independent and nursing etc
2. Clinician bench search options by facility and print options
3. Ability in Pt Edit section to allocate to physicians involved in care within the group and
search by clinician with in facility in the clinician que with print option ( Like more are
seen by Dr.Cummings than us at times in the facility )
4. Rehab module option with option to choose based on needs like sunflower
5. In assessment I will like to option of choosing diagnosis and able to enter the notes
under it. This can be an option and physician can choose this model vs my current
option
6. I also wanted them to have an option to edit the diagnosis once selected like - For
example - Fracture Left Leg - Now with edit option I can add - Next to it auto accident
related and save
7. Also in copy diagnosis section , I want COPY MY DIAGNOSIS and COPY MY CODE

This only should copy my diagnosis and the notes I placed last , same way codes

8. Also I told them to develop a section in assessment called miscellaneous , when I clicked
I wanted to work like any diagnosis codes with edit option and box to put in notes . This
we need as at times we dont have real code to document certain issues
