Summery

The phenomenas of the constitutional supremacy is considered to be one

of the most important subjects in the constitutional law especially
in the rigid constitution that is described as the constitution
required a special procedures different from the followed
procedures in the flexible constitution.
Our study will focus on the Iraqi constitution as an example of the rigid
constitution, the article 126 of the Iraqi constitution 2005 specify
the sides that have the right to make any amendment and it is a
common right between the legislative and executive authorities.
The amendment should be agreed by the deputies council n and it should
be submitted to referendum.
