The process of pollution to degradation.

The process of pollution is a symptom of ecosystem degradation process. Early

ecosystem degradation can be detected at the molecular level. Namely by knowing zimogram
alloenzim as a mechanism of adaptation to the contaminant.

Alloenzymes occur due to the emergence of adaptive enzymes as an adaptation

mechanism to the environment research results can be formulated by knowing the existence
of alloenzime components in the location exposed to CTO oil spill and connect it with
environmental factors as independent variables.

On the occasion of open examination the dependent variable of frequency observation

parameter of allele sample of macrozoobentos and mangrove to see the relation between
vaiabel free of water physics parameter of river water with dependent variable of allel
frequency parameter done by analysis of double linear linier and correlation.

Research conducted is an exploration to obtain an effective method of monitoring the

degradation of river ecosystems, especially the problem of decreasing the level of
biodiversity by using zimogram concept of aloenzyme components of mangrove and
macrobentos.
